How can I make a payment?

Cash on delivery – you only pay for your order when you pick it up from your delivery service or at the post office. 

Bank transfer – upon receipt of your order, we will send you an invoice with an account number and a variable symbol (payment identifier). You will make an advance payment for the goods to our bank account kept by ČSOB. After receiving the payment, we will ship your order, informing you of the date when the shipment will arrive.  

Bank card – a convenient payment option. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway, where you will enter the necessary data. Once the transaction is authorised, payment will be made immediately. We will not have access to your card details, all information is kept by the bank.

Delivery

We will ship your order by Czech Post for a postage fee of CZK 139 including VAT.

For an original work, the price includes packaging and transport. In the case of personal collection, the price is CZK 1,000 lower.

Delivery time within 30 days from payment of the order or according to stock.
